26 NCAC 02C .0407         CHANGES TO RULE, SECTION OR CHAPTER NAMES AND HISTORY NOTES

An agency may change the name of a rule, section or chapter and to a history note by notifying OAH in writing.  This letter shall cite the rule, identify the changes, and be signed by the agency head or rule-making coordinator.
